Duration: Every 4-8 weeks (depending on area and hair growth) What happens? • Each session focuses on hair in the active growth phase (anagen) • With each session, the hair becomes thinner, lighter, and grows more slowly • After 6-10 sessions, 80-95% of the hair is permanently removed Maintenance treatments: • Some clients have 1-2 sessions annually for 100% smoothness • Hormonal changes (pregnancy, menopause) can trigger new hair growth • Maintenance sessions are faster and less expensive than the initial cycle

1-2 weeks before treatment What should you do? ✅ Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment (DO NOT wax or epilate!) ✅ Avoid sunlight and tanning beds 2 weeks before treatment (if possible) ✅ Stop using retinol, AHA/BHA acids 1 week before treatment ✅ Wear comfortable clothing on the day of treatment ✅ Do not wear perfume, deodorant, or creams on the treatment area on the day of treatment Why shave and not wax? The laser targets the hair root. Waxing or epilating removes the root, leaving nothing for the laser to target. Shaving leaves the root intact.

Duration: 15-90 minutes (depending on the area) What happens? • You will receive goggles to protect your eyes • The laser therapist will clean the treatment area • Sapphire Contact Cooling will be activated for comfort • The TripleICE laser will be moved over the skin in overlapping passes • You will feel a warm, tingling sensation (similar to a rubber band against skin) Does it hurt? Most clients describe it as "slightly uncomfortable but manageable." The Sapphire Cooling system significantly reduces discomfort. Sensitive areas (bikini line, underarms) may feel a little more, but the session is quick.

Duration: 1-2 weeks after treatment Immediately after treatment: • Mild redness and swelling (disappears within 2-24 hours) • Skin may feel warm (like a mild sunburn) • Some hairs may still appear (this is normal!).
