What is a Practice Audit?
A Practice Audit is a 90-minute one-to-one session on your own prices, treatment menu and running costs, followed by a written action list within 48 hours. It costs €450 excluding VAT and I take three a month. It is for practitioners who are already trading and cannot work out why a full week does not produce a living.
Before we meet you fill in an intake form with your prices, your treatment times and your real costs. I read it beforehand, so the call is spent on your business rather than on catching up.
On the call we go through what you charge, what it costs you to deliver, what earns and what does not, and what is missing on paper. Afterwards you get the written list: what to change, in what order, and what to leave alone for now.

Within 48 hours of the call, in writing.
What do I need to prepare?
Your price list, your treatment times and your fixed monthly costs. If you cannot put your hands on the costs, that is usually finding number one.
Can we do this in person?
The audit is online. The hands-on training is in person, they are different things.
How do I pay?
An invoice, by bank transfer, before the session.
What if I want ongoing help afterwards?
Some people take the list away and do it themselves. Some want a standing session while they work through it, that is the coaching.
