What is the coaching?

Three monthly sessions of an hour each, one to one and online, with messaging access in between. Each session is about whatever is actually in front of you that month — a price rise you are nervous about, a first hire, a treatment that is not selling, a client who is costing you money.

There is no curriculum and no programme. It is not a course with a coaching wrapper on it. Most months we will spend the hour on one decision, properly.

Between sessions you can message me. That is often where the real value is: the question you have on a Tuesday afternoon about whether to take a booking does not keep until the next call.

What exactly do I get?

Six sessions of an hour, two a month, online and one to one. Messaging access in between. €1,500 for the three months.

What happens in a session?

Whatever is actually in front of you that month. A price rise you're nervous about, a first hire, a treatment that isn't selling, a client who is costing you money. There's no curriculum. Most months we spend the hour on one decision, properly.

How does the messaging work?

You message me between sessions and I answer within a working day. It's not 24/7, I run a clinic, but the question you have on a Tuesday about whether to take a booking doesn't have to keep until the next call.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes. €550 a month for three months, or €1,500 up front.

What happens after three months?

Nothing automatic. No rolling contract and nothing renews on its own. If you want to carry on, we carry on. Most people don't need to.

What if it isn't working?

after the first session, if you don't think it's worth continuing, I refund the rest.

Or €550 a month for three months if you would rather spread it. I'm only taking three coaching clients at a time, because the clinic comes first and I would rather do this properly than often, so spots are limited.
