These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, clients, and users of Lana Skyn (https://www.lanaskyn.com), located in Amsterdam Noord. By using our website, booking, or receiving treatments, you agree to these terms. These conditions are binding for all agreements, bookings, and communications.

2. Services & Information

  • All information on our website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

  • Services include laser hair removal, tattoo removal, injectables, and facials. All treatments are performed by qualified specialists.

  • Lana Skyn reserves the right to refuse unreasonable or unsafe treatment requests.

3. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be booked via website, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • The only official way to cancel or reschedule is through our website.

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to 100% of the treatment cost.

  • Lana Skyn is not responsible for failed cancellations via other channels.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time. Promotional offers have specific terms and expiry dates.

  • If paying by invoice, full payment is required within 14 days. Non-payment may result in collection procedures and additional costs.

5. Client Obligations

  • Clients must provide accurate, current information and disclose any relevant health or medical conditions.

  • Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment instructions.

6. Liability & Risk Acceptance

  • All treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, scars, pigmentation changes, allergic reactions, or undesired outcomes. By booking, you accept these risks.

  • Lana Skyn, its staff, and affiliated professionals are not liable for any damages, burns, scars, pigmentation changes, or other adverse outcomes resulting from treatments, regardless of cause, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

  • Lana Skyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstances.

  • Results vary per individual. We have an obligation of effort, not result.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos, trademarks) on this website is the property of Lana Skyn or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and protection.

9. External Links

Our website may link to third-party sites. Lana Skyn is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Complaints
